Overview of ADTRAN IP Telephony Products

This course is an overview of switching basics, routing basics, managing AOS devices, and MultiService Access Gateways. We will cover switching features that are available in the NetVanta switches, such as Spanning Tree Support, VLAN Support, Traffic Prioritization, GVRP, Stacking, Link Aggregation, Port Mirroring, and Switch Port-Security. We will identify various routing features that are available in the ADTRAN NetVanta Access routers. These include DHCP, NAT, firewall, QoS, and wireless routing.

We will discuss managing AOS devices through various connection options, including the web GUI interface. We will also talk about firmware releases, firmware upgrades, and the versions of firmware that are available for the AOS products. Lastly we we will look at products in ADTRAN's IP Telephony Products including the NetVanta 7100.
